It is my privilege to interact with you about Ivy Hospital.

We want Ivy Hospital to be so well managed that it should always be able to provide quality health services in a caring manner, regardless of ability to pay. At the same time, we should be profitable to allow us to re-invest these profits directly into the Hospital for state-of-the-art equipment and technology that benefit our community and be a source of hope for our patients and their families. 

We are committed to follow the highest standards of ethical conduct and to provide honest and affordable healthcare services. Realizing our social obligations, we are devoted to provide free/ subsidized treatment to people living below poverty line.  

To better serve our community, Ivy Hospital has developed short, medium and long-range plans to handle this growth. Plans are in place to enhance the capacity of the hospital by adding more beds. Further development and expansion of our campus is important to keep our facilities in step with the growth of our services and programs This effort will be supported by an intensive capital campaign dedicated to raising the funding necessary for this construction.
 

We shall be committed to excellence in all areas of our organization by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of those we serve: our patients and their families, physicians, employees, volunteers and other partners. As a part of our mission, we shall focus on developing and building on centers of excellence that support our mission and at the same time strengthening our relationships with other healthcare community providers to enhance our continuum of care for those we serve. We want to build a dynamic work environment where all are valued, respected and are provided the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

We will continue to support our dedicated staff and premier physicians, as they care for our patients in this challenging environment.
